bima Terms of Use
When you open a bima account, you agree to our terms of use. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a user of our platform, the conditions under which we operate, and how disputes are resolved. We encourage you to read them carefully before your first deposit or game entry. Our terms cover account opening, deposits and withdrawals via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfer, bonus conditions, fair play standards, and jurisdiction restrictions.
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer access in jurisdictions where online gambling or sports betting is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that their use of bima complies with their own jurisdiction's law. If you access bima from a restricted jurisdiction, we may suspend or close your account without prior notice.
These terms apply to all bima account holders worldwide, with specific regional clauses for Indonesia. bima reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of bima after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account opening and our bima verification requirements
To open a bima account, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or older). You provide an email address, create a password, and select an account currency (IDR for Indonesia-based accounts). You then complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before your first withdrawal by uploading a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of residential address dated within 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or municipal letter).
We process verifications during business hours (9am–6pm Jakarta time, Monday–Friday). Most verifications complete within 24 hours. If we need clarification on your documents, we send a specific request—you resubmit the corrected documentation, and the process continues. Verification is mandatory and non-negotiable. We do not fast-track, delay, or bypass KYC based on account size or player status. Once verified, your account is cleared for all bima features: slot tournaments (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, badminton), and esports brackets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile).
- Email verification
- We send a verification link to your registered email. Click it to activate your account. This step prevents unauthorized account registration.
- KYC documents
- Government ID and proof of address. Mobile uploads are supported. We store these securely and use them only for verification and anti-money-laundering compliance.
- Account currency
- Accounts operated in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) for users in Indonesia. Currency selection is made at registration and cannot be changed after account creation.
Account holders are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. If your password is compromised, change it immediately through the Account menu. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team through the in-app Help menu or email. We will freeze your account, review transaction history, and work to recover any disputed withdrawals where evidence supports your claim. We do not reverse deposits or wagers under normal circumstances—only in cases of proven unauthorized access.
Our bima deposit and withdrawal policy
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method—check the Deposit menu on bima for current limits. E-wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) process within minutes. Bank transfers settle within 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing window.
Withdrawals return to the same payment method you used for deposit. If you deposited via mobile banking, withdrawals go to your local payment wallet. If you used bank transfer, withdrawals return to that bank account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods different from your deposit source. This policy prevents fraud and money laundering.
Withdrawal minimums and maximums are published in the Withdraw menu. E-wallet withdrawals (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) typically settle within subject to verification of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals settle according to your bank's standard processing times, usually within 1–3 business days. We do not charge withdrawal fees; any fee imposed is from your payment provider.
Bonus terms on our bima platform
We occasionally offer new-account deposit bonuses or tournament prize pools. Bonuses are promotional and non-guaranteed. When we run a promotion, we publish specific terms: bonus amount (if any), wagering requirements (the number of times you must wager the bonus before withdrawing), applicable games (which slots or live tables count toward wagering), and expiration date. Bonuses are credited to your account balance separately from cash funds and must meet wagering requirements before conversion to cash.
Slot tournaments on bima have published payout tiers. When you enter a tournament bracket (e.g., a daily Aviator tournament), you agree to the posted rules: entry fee, payout positions (e.g., positions 1–50 win prizes), and settlement time (typically within 1 hour after the tournament window closes). We do not offer guaranteed wins or payout promises outside the published payout table. If a tournament is cancelled due to technical issues, we refund all entry fees to participant accounts.
Fair play and our bima standards

We investigate disputes by reviewing game logs, transaction records, and live-dealer footage (where applicable). If we find an error in our favor, we credit your account. If we find an error in your favor, we adjust your balance accordingly. If the dispute cannot be resolved through our support process, we provide escalation to a senior review team. We do not offer external arbitration or gambling-authority dispute resolution as a standard practice—contact our support team for specific guidance on your situation.
Jurisdiction notice and our bima service area
Our services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming and sports betting are permitted by law. We do not operate in jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying legal compliance in their own jurisdiction. If you access bima from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang and local law does not permit your activity, you are in violation of local law, not bima's terms—bima is not liable for your legal compliance.
- Age verification: We require account holders to be of legal age. If we discover an underage account, we close it immediately and forfeit any balance.
- Multiple accounts: Each person may hold only one bima account. Duplicate accounts are closed and balances forfeited. Multi-accounting violates our terms and enables fraud detection evasion.
- Account closure: You may close your bima account anytime through the Account menu. We process closures within 24 business hours. Outstanding balance is returned via your registered deposit method.
- Limitation of liability: bima provides entertainment services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in any dispute is your outstanding account balance.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bima regarding your use of our platform. We reserve the right to enforce these terms strictly and uniformly across all users. Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent closure. Our support team can clarify any term on request during business hours.
